In 2011, he founds a second business selling nuts and since then, the neighborhood has been filled with the fragrance of freshly roasted nuts. At the same time, the customers at his restaurant were always asking for new delicacies, and so he started making sweets by garnishing them with nut spreads. The success was enormous, and so the idea of Nutorious, the third of Niko’s businesses was born, and with at an opportunity to honor the memory of his father and all those people who valued his gastronomic culture.
After 6 years of research and many trials, Nutorious Peanut Butter made its debuts in 2017, and the response was overwhelming. Two more flavors, almond and hazelnut with to Belgian chocolate, soon followed. In 2018, Nutorious is changing its corporate identity, its products receive a new image and start to travel to other European countries.
